Condition
When purchasing merchandise from us, you understand that you are purchasing pre-owned item(s). Some items are new with/without tags and some items may have minor flaws due to the pre-worn nature. Formerly Hers mission is for all customers to be beyond satisfied with their purchase. All merchandise is examined thoroughly to make sure it is to Formerly Hers standings. All items sold are rated in the following 4 conditions:
1. NEW: Never worn, tags attached
2. EXCELLENT: Flawless Condition
3: GREAT: Unnoteciable Flaws
4. GOOD: Gently Worn, Flaws

2. Chef's Kiss = EXCELLENT
•Like New •No Tags Attached •Unseen if any wear
3. Appetizing = GREAT
• Very Minor flaws due to normal wear •May have some very mild fading due to washing or dry cleaning
4. Palatable = FAIR
•Noticeable flaws •May need repairs •Style Pro Project
Color

All Sales Final
All sales are final and sold as is in their current condition. No returns will be authorized for fit issues. Due to the nature of consignmnet, absolutely no refunds, returns or exchanges unless an item was clearly misrepresented. If an item has been misrepresented, the buyer would need to contact Formerly Hers within 48 hours of receiving the order.
